John Rodgers	I've been casually dating another teacher at my school for the past 3 months. We had plans to go a basketball game this past Friday but she blew me off. I heard from one of my colleagues that a bunch of our faculty went out to a bar that night and that she was all over another one of our faculty members. What should I do? Do I confront her or him? Or do nothing?

Chris	John, thats tough buddy..We all get our heartstrings pulled every once and awhile. I think the best thing to do is move on. If she has started already bs'ing you, she is not worth the effort. Remember that if you pursue something with this woman, you are going to have to see each other every day at school, regardless whether things are going well or not.
