Adam5	I am having a lot of problems quieting the class down when they walk in. What should I do if they don't quiet down? What are the necessary steps?

stingarees	Natural for students to interact during the transition of classes/rooms, I promote interaction but no "horse-playing". The sound of the bell should be the indicator for the student to be in their seats and to quiet down. I suggest to go into silent reading for at least ten minutes and then move into the day's lesson.
